I’ve had Schoville.com for a long time. Who.is reports that the registration began on October 19th, 2000. I remember registering it during one of the early domain name rushes, also registering schoville.net and schoville.org at the same time. I didn’t have any concrete plans for a website, and it came to host brewing information, recipes, Cajun music, photos, and genealogy. Until recently, it was hosted as a Google site with only very basic content.
