About Schoville.com

I’ve had Schoville.com for a long time.  Who.is reports that the registration began on October 19th, 2000.  I remember registering it during one of the early domain name rushes, also registering schoville.net and schoville.org at the same time. I didn’t have any concrete plans for a website, and it came to host brewing information, recipes, Cajun music, photos, and genealogy. Until recently, it was hosted as a Google site with only very basic content. Now, it is hosted on Gitlab Pages with only very basic content. This is my attempt at writing something. The target audience really just myself. Maybe this is my version of a selfie.
