The Brewing Kettle

I had 1 coupling welded onto the brew kettle for the valve. The exterior plumbing mimicks the exterior plumbing of the HLT.

For the interior of the kettle, I originally used a copper manifold, but decided to go a false bottom, so that I wouldn't lose as much wort after the boil. I originally tried my homemade pizza pan false bottom, but it didn't work well, and I replaced it with a stainless steel false bottom from SABCO .
